
Necessity of a writing this article is defined by increase of attention to environmental problems of water management in frontier territories at the present stage of development of interstate attitudes between Russia and China within the limits of Zabaikalskiy Krai. A spectrum and an acuteness of environmental problems in pool р. Argun proves presence of a special frontier mode of maintenance of water management ecological safety which consists in necessity of transboundary information interchange about a condition of a surrounding environment of adjacent territory and transboundary interaction in the field of its protection.
Необходимость написания статьи определяется повышением внимания к экологическим проблемам водопользования приграничных территорий на современном этапе развития межгосударственных отношений России и Китая в пределах Забайкальского края. Спектр и острота экологических проблем в бассейне р. Аргунь доказывает наличие особого приграничного режима обеспечения экологической безопасности водопользования, который заключается в необходимости трансграничного обмена информацией о состоянии окружающей природной среды сопредельной территории и трансграничном взаимодействии в области ее охраны.
