Abstract

In the article on the basis of the analysis of law-enforcement practice and legal literature the main directions and actual problems of procedural activity of the head of investigative body on law enforcement by production of preliminary investigation are considered.Keywords: crime, violent crimes, crimes against life and health of the person, murder, motives, mental disorders, subjects, sanity, sexual motives, serial killers.

В статье на основе анализа правоприменительной практики и юридической литературы рассматриваются основные направления и актуальные проблемы процессуальной деятельности руководителя следственного органа по обеспечению законности при производстве предварительного следствия.
