Abstract

The relevance of article associated with the continuous increasing demands to improvement of quality of electric energy, that determine the application of improved methods for keeping it at a desired level for power supply systems. In article considers the system of active filtering of harmonic distortion in the network, the most topical for independent electric power systems, including the majority of water transport systems. Is described the positive experience of using active filters and identifies possible violations and deficiencies on the use of the various components of the individual and centralized active filter in order to further research and the pilot experiments to create a more perfect active-resonance harmonics compensation device of currents and voltages.
