Abstract

Cultural and historical heritage of the regions of Russia is actively involved in branding areas for the formation of cultural clusters. Cultural clusters are working effectively in the regions of Russia, for example: •the cluster «Hanseatic cities» (included 12 historical cities of Russia: Belozersk,Velikiy Novgorod,Veliky Ustug, Ivangorod, Kaliningrad, Kingisepp, Pskov, Smolensk, Tver, Tikhvin, Torzhok and Tot´ma); •the cluster «Kitezhskaya Russia» (Novgorodskaya Region); •the cluster «Golden Ring of Russia» (included 24 historical cities of Russia: Suzdal, Vladimir, Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Rostov Velikiy, Uglich, Pereslavl Zalesskiy, Murom, Myshkin and others). The project of renewal of Staraya Ladoga deserves a seriosattantion and support which will be able to join the most interesting and attractive historical and cultural centres of the North-West Federal Region. In the basis of the project of Staraya Ladoga´s renewal is supposed the using of clusters mechanism – creation of cultural cluster Staraya Ladoga. The most attractive for development of cluster "Staraya Ladoga" are associative forms of cooperation, such as public-private partnerships in the legal form of the investment partnership (IT) on the basis of the contract, which allows investors to join together to co-invest money into the project without forming a legal entity.
