Abstract

The article analyses and estimates the corporative culture of a company from a position of application of the basic models of cross-cultural management. Also the article determines the possibilities and the conditions to form the cross-cultural capital in the modern large companies.

В статье анализируется и оценивается корпоративная культура компании с позиции применения основных моделей кросскультурного менеджмента, определяются возможности и условия формирования кросскультурного капитала в современных крупных компаниях.
