Abstract

В статье раскрыт инновационный потенциал дедуктивно-логистического подхода к повышению квалификации менеджеров нефтегазовой отрасли. Представлены дедуктивно-логистическая модель повышения квалификации данных специалистов, авторская программа повышения квалификации «Управление вертикально интегрированной нефтяной компанией в конкурентной среде» и педагогический инструментарий ее реализации

The article reveals the innovative potential of deductive and logistic approach to improvement of the skills of managers of oil and gas industry. Deductive-logistic model of training of these specialists, author's training program Managing of vertically integrated oil company in a competitive environment, and the pedagogical methods of its realization are considered
