В статье проанализированы особенности действующего законодательства об информатизации в Республике Казахстан, конкретизированы направления совершенствования правовых основ функционирования информационно-коммуникативного пространства, выявлены несовершенства предложенной юридической модели электронных информационных ресурсов.
This paper analyzes the features of the current legislation concerning informatization in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors specify how to improve the legal framework of the information and communication space functioning, reveal the imperfections of the proposed legal model of electronic information resources.
