ОЦЕНКА ВЕЛИЧИНЫ РЕНТГЕНОФЛУОРЕСЦЕНЦИИ ОТ МЕТАЛЛИЧЕСКИХ ЧАСТИЦ МИКРОННЫХ РАЗМЕРОВ, ПОГРУЖЕННЫХ В СЛОЙ СМАЗОЧНОГО МАСЛА

Abstract

Рассмотрена проблема регистрации и измерения рентгенофлуоресценции частицы, движущейся в потоке масла. Показано, что при регистрации частицы, движущейся в масле, величина рентгенофлуоресценции значительно ослабляется за счет поглощения маслом, при этом движущаяся частица проходит зону облучения на разной глубине, что затрудняет контроль степени ослабления. Предложен и теоретически обоснован механизм обнаружения частицы и измерения ее рентгенофлуоресценции в 2 этапа: обнаружение частицы по сигналу флуоресценции основы, остановка частицы и точное измерение элементов основы и легирующих компонент.
