Abstract

В статье раскрывается место и роль научной среды на пути становления новой инновационной экономики России. Автор утверждает, что Россия обладает главным необходимым ресурсом, для того чтобы стать одним из ключевых участников глобальной инновационной экономики – человеческим капиталом. В статье отмечается, что повышение конкурентоспособности российской экономики за счет роста производительности труда на основе инновационных решений, снижения себестоимости продукции и появления новых высокотехнологических продуктов возможно только при эффективном развитии и дополнительном инвестировании в научную сферу. Предлагаются рекомендации по развитию российской науки, выполнение которых позволит сформировать базовые условия инновационного развития страны в целом.

The article reveals the place and role of the scientific environment in the establishment of the new Russian innovation economy. The author claims that Russia has the main resources needed to become one of the key players in the global innovation economy human capital. The article notes that improving the competitiveness of the Russian economy by increasing productivity through innovation, reduction of production costs and the emergence of new high-tech products is only possible with the effective investment in science, there are recommendations on the development of Russian science in the article that can help to form the basic conditions of innovative development of the whole country.
