The article raises the problem of financial dependence of closed administrative territorial entities of the Federal Center, as well as absence of strict regulation of the process of formation of budgets of closed administrative territorial entities in the current Federal legislation.

В данной статье поднимается проблема финансовой зависимости закрытых административно-территориальных образований от федерального центра, а так же отсутствие в действующем федеральном законодательстве четкой регламентации процесса формирования бюджетов ЗАТО.
