Причины и условия профессиональной компьютерной преступности

Abstract

Рассматриваются причины и условия профессиональной компьютерной преступности. Проводится криминологическое исследование детерминантов и других факторов, способствующих развитию данного вида компьютерной преступности.

The author analyses reasons and conditions of professional computer crime. He also carries out criminological investigation of determinants and other factors favouring the development of this type of computer crime.
