
The ability of yeast to stabilize emulsions of organic solvents (n-hydrocarbons, isooctan, chloroform, ethyl acetate) in water was revealed. The possibility of reduction of the range of carbonyl compounds (ethylacetoacetate, methylethylketone, cyclohexanone) by microorganisms immobilized in bioemulsion was shown.
