The article is devoted to the Experience and formation problems of civil subject in Russia. In the article an author pays attention to situation which was folded in Russia in the field of civil activity. That the presence of active civil position is closely related to the level of formed of man is marked, what he is higher, the higher probability of realization by him to the subject. Political and public activity is studied and experience and problems of its formation is allocated.

Статья посвящена опыту и проблемам формирования гражданской субъектности в России. В статье автор обращает внимание на ситуацию, которая сложилась в России в сфере гражданской активности. Отмечается то, что наличие активной гражданской позиции тесно связано с уровнем образованности: чем он выше, тем выше вероятность осознавания человеком своей субъектности. Изучается политическая и общественная активность и выделяется опыт и проблемы ее формирования.
