Динамика течения послеоперационного периода после тонзиллэктомии и вскрытия паратонзиллярного абсцесса при лечении лекарственным средством растительного происхождения «ФитоМП»

Abstract

Изучена эффективность применения лекарственного средства растительного происхождения «ФитоМП» в лечении больных с гнойно-воспалительными заболеваниями глотки, в частности, с хроническим декомпенсированным тонзиллитом и после вскрытия паратонзиллярного абсцесса. Установлено, что при попадании на слизистую оболочку ротоглотки действующие вещества лекарственного средства «ФитоМП» оказывают стимулирующий эффект на выработку иммунокомпетентных клеток в нишах удаленных миндалин. «ФитоМП» нормализует естественную неспецифическую защиту организма после тонзиллэктомии и вскрытия паратонзиллярного абсцесса. Оказывая выраженный антимикробный эффект, «ФитоМП» может применяться в виде монотерапии или в комплексном лечении гнойно-воспалительных заболеваний глотки. Применение «ФитоМПа» способствует ускорению процесса репарации и сокращает сроки пребывания пациентов в клинике. Высокая эффективность, хорошая переносимость пациентами, удобство применения средства позволяют рекомендовать его для более широкого применения в оториноларингологии.

The efficacy of the plant origin substance PhytoMP in the treatment of patients with pyo-inflammatory diseases of the throat, in particular with chronic decompensated tonsillitis and after paratonsillar abscess dissection is studied. It is estimated that when getting to the mucous membrane of the fauces, active constituents of the medicinal substance PhytoMP render a stimulating effect on the production of immunocompetent cells in the recesses of the remote tonsils. PhytoMP normalizes natural non-specific defense of the organism after tonsillectomy and paratonsillar abscess dissection. Producing the marked antimicrobial effect PhytoMP can be used as monotherapy or in complex treatment of pyo-inflammatory diseases of the throat. Application of PhytoMP contributes to acceleration of the reparation process and reduces the terms of patients' hospitalization. High efficacy, good tolerance by patients, convenience in use permits to recommend it for wider application in otolaryngology.
