Зарубежная криминологическая мысль о причинах имущественной преступности: очерк истории

Abstract

The evolution of thought of foreign criminologist about causes of criminality against property from the source to the contemporary criminological theories in this article is shown. The retrospective views of foreign authors about main tendencies of prevention of property criminality are profiled.

Показана эволюция взглядов зарубежных криминологов на причины имущественной преступности: от истоков учения о преступности до современных зарубежных криминологических теорий; раскрыта ретроспектива суждений зарубежных авторов об основных направлениях ее предупреждения.
