In the present article one the test of present law about of the transport of passengers and loads, carried out a comparative analysis of charter and scheduled air travel. As a result, based on tests of the various positions in the scientific literature, identifies the major differences between them. Also testes the legal nature of the contract of air carriage, grounds and features the carrier's responsibility to the passenger for breach of contract of carriage. Explains how to determine the value of charter carriage, estimated the problems arising in connection with the refusal of the passenger contract. As a result, in the present article we propose to match conflict rules of the current legislation governing the data relationship. Offered options to improve present law to improve legal regulation of charter air travel.
