The author examines issues related to the implementation of the powers of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography in the state cadastral valuation of property due to changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation. Commits a brief history of the land evaluation in the Russian Federation. Analyzes the powers of the new service in comparison with the previous order, indicating the problem, which therefore face the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography.

Автор рассматривает вопросы, связанные с реализацией полномочий Федеральной службы государственной регистрации, кадастра и картографии (Росреестр) в сфере государственной кадастровой оценки недвижимости в связи с изменением законодательства Российской Федерации. Совершает краткий экскурс в историю проведения кадастровой оценки в Российской Федерации. Анализирует новый состав полномочий службы в сравнении с ранее действовавшим порядком, указывает задачи, которые в связи с этим стоят перед Росрестром.
