Abstract

Изучали особенности популяции Т-лимфоцитов костного мозга мыши в сопоставлении с Т-клетками вторичных лимфоидных органов. На долю Т-клеток приходится 2,4% количества кариоцитов костного мозга. Особенностью субпопуляционного состава Т-клеток костного мозга является преобладание (около 45%) субпопуляции CD8+ лимфоцитов. Впервые обнаружено высокое содержание (около 15%) в костном мозге γδТ-клеток. В популяции Т-клеток костного мозга содержание клеток памяти двукратно преобладает над количеством наивных клеток; соотношение концентрации центральных и эффекторных клеток памяти примерно равное. Процент недавних эмигрантов из тимуса среди Т-клеток костного мозга не отличается от такового во вторичных лимфоидных органах. Введение гидрокортизона приводит к увеличению численности Т-клеток костного мозга (преимущественно CD8 + клеток) на 2-е сутки. Это увеличение происходит почти исключительно за счет наивных Т-клеток. При этом регистрируется приток недавних эмигрантов из тимуса. Таким образом, костный мозг можно рассматривать как нишу Т-клеток памяти, что делает его важным объектом изучения процесса формирования протективной памяти при вакцинации. Под влиянием гидрокортизона популяция Т-лимфоцитов костного мозга пополняется наивными Т-клетками, и усиливается поступление в него Т-клеток непосредственно из тимуса.

We studied particularity of mouse bone marrow T-lymphocyte population in comparison with T-cells of the secondary lymphoid organs. 2,4% of bone marrow karyocytes fall to the share of T-cells. The distinctive feature of T-cell subpopulation composition is the prevalence (about 45%) of CD8 + lymphocytes. For the first time high levels (about 15%) of γδТ cells are detected in bone marrow. Memory T-cells twice prevail over naïve T-cells in bone marrow; the ratio of central and effector memory T-cells is approximately equal. The percentage of recent thymic emigrants among bone marrow T-cells does not differ from that in secondary lymphoid organs. Hydrocortisone administration increases the number of T-cells in bone marrow (mainly CD8+ cells) on the second day. The increase is almost entirely due to the naïve T-cells. Simultaneously the inflow of recent thymic emigrants is determined. Thus bone marrow can be considered as the niche of memory T-cells, which makes it an important object of study in protective memory formation during vaccination. Under the influence of hydrocortisone population of bone marrow T-lymphocytes is enriched by naïve T-cells, including recent thymic emigrants.
