The article dwells on the principle law mechanisms aimed at insurance of human rights and freedoms. The subject of research is a mechanism of advocacy in reference to human rights and freedoms taken as an integral system of trends, methods, modes, means enforced by the law and applied by the subjects of right advocacy activity in order to ensure constitutional rights, freedoms and interests of both bodies corporate and common citizens, rendering of juridical help on realization and reinstatement of their legal status.

В статье рассматриваются основные правовые механизмы обеспечения прав и свобод граждан. Предметом исследования является механизм защиты прав и свобод граждан как целостная система закрепленных законом направлений, методов, способов, средств, применяемых субъектами правозащитной деятельности в целях обеспечения конституционных прав, свобод и интересов юридических лиц и граждан, оказания им помощи по реализации и восстановлению своего правового статуса.
