In the article the problem of social function of the property and social obligations in the Constitution of Chile in 1925, propose the inclusion of the principles of the social function of property are considered. The offer on inclusion of principles of social function of the property right and social obligations in the Constitution of Russia and in the Civil code of the Russian Federation are made.

В статье рассматривается проблема становления социальной функции права собственности и социальных обязательств в Конституции Чили 1925 г. Вносится предложение о включении принципов социальной функции права собственности и социальных обязательств в Конституцию России и в Гражданский кодекс Российской Федерации.
