Abstract

Представлены результаты исследования правового регулирования и проблемы изменения права разрешенного использования земельного участка. Выделены основные проблемы изменения права разрешенного использования земельного участка. Приведены примеры правового регулирования изменения права разрешенного использования земельного участка.

The article introduces the results of studying legal regulation and the problems in changing the right of permitted use of a land plot. It identifies the main problems in changing the right of permitted use of a land plot. The examples of legal regulation of the changes in the right of permitted use of a land plot are given.
