Некоторые аспекты применения в клинической практике коротковолновой периметрии для диагностики глаукомы

Abstract

Although short-wavelength automated perimetry (SWAP) has a number of advantages for the determination of progression visual field defects and detect early changes in visual function in glaucoma and early diagnosis of glaucoma, this method is applicable only in the case if one includes some limiting factors. The method can be very informative in patients with severe glaucoma or significant cataract. The difficulties of applying the method are associated with fatigue patients because of the long time of research.

Сине-желтая периметрия обладает рядом преимуществ для определения прогрессирования дефектов поля зрения и выявления ранних изменений зрительных функций при глаукоме, но для ранней диагностики глаукомы этот метод применим лишь в том случае, если учитываются некоторые лимитирующие факторы. Метод может быть малоинформативным у пациентов с выраженной глаукомой или значительной катарактой. Также трудности применения метода связаны с утомляемостью пациентов из-за длительного времени исследования.
