It is offered to allocate corporations and unincorporated legal bodies, to fix the exhaustive list of their organizational-legal forms in the Civil Code of Russian Federation.
Рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования системы правового регулирования юридических лиц, их деления на коммерческие и некоммерческие. Предлагается выделять корпорации и некорпоративные юридические лица, закрепить исчерпывающий перечень их организационно-правовых форм в ГК РФ.
