Современное предпринимательство: к теории вопроса

Abstract

В связи с кризисными явлениями в мировой экономике проблема функционирования предпринимательства приобрела в последнее время еще большую актуальность. Показано, что в настоящее время предпринимательство определяется как экономическая, так и правовая категория. Предложено рассмотрение понятия «предпринимательство» в исторической ретроспективе, проанализированы различные подходы к его толкованию, определены наиболее общие сущностные аспекты предпринимательской деятельности, сделан вывод о том, что предпринимательство это инициативная самостоятельная деятельность граждан и их объединений, связанная с удовлетворением системы экономических интересов.

Due to the crisis of the world economy, the problem of functioning of business has recently become even more actual. It is shown that nowadays entrepreneurship is defined as well as an economic and legal category. We offered the research of the definition of entrepreneurship in historical perspective, analyzed different approaches to its interpretation, identified the most essential aspects of business activity. We concluded that entrepreneurship is an initiative independent activity of citizens and their associations connected with satisfaction of economic interests.
