The expediency of the development of effective system of strategic management of an industrial enterprise on the basis of harmonization of industrial and trade policies is explained. The results of the study proposed the model of the strategic management of the industrial enterprise based on harmonization of trade and industrial policy of the industrial enterprise, which makes the formation of the whole space of goals and gives the possibility to increase the size and rates of innovative activity.

Обоснована целесообразность разработки эффективной системы стратегического управления промышленным предприятием на основе гармонизации промышленной и торговой политики. По результатам исследования предложена модель стратегического управления промышленным предприятием на основе гармонизации торгово-промышленной политики промышленного предприятия, что обеспечивает формирование единого пространства целей и дает возможность приращения масштабов и темпов инновационной деятельности.
