Примирительное производство как факультативная стадия уголовного процесса

Abstract

В статье обоснована мысль о том, что примирительное производство может выступать в качестве факультативной стадии в уголовном судопроизводстве. Сформулированы предложения по законодательному закреплению примирительного производства в уголовно-процессуальном законодательстве.

The article substantiates the idea that the conciliation proceedings can act as an optional stage in criminal proceedings.Formulated suggestion on the legislative fixing of primiritel’nogo production in an ugolovno-processual’noe legislation.
