Правовое регулирование международной перевозки грузов в морском сообщении

Abstract

В настоящей статье на основе анализа международно-правовых и национально-правовых источников излагаются основные положения международной перевозки грузов в морском сообщении. Автор, анализируя нормативно-правовые актов, приходит к выводу о целесообразности на законодательном уровне предусмотреть возможность применения упрощенного режима пересечения государственной границы РФ для морских судов заграничного следования и принятия мер по облегчению международного судоходства путем упрощения формальностей и приведении национального законодательства в соответствие с Конвенцией FAL-65.

This article on the basis of the analysis of the main international and national law sources describes main provisions of international transport of goods in maritime communication. The author, analyzing the legal and regulatory acts, concludes whether at the legislative level, provide for the application of simplified border crossing regime for Russian ships overseas destination and to take action on facilitation of international maritime traffic by simplifying formalities in accordance of national legislation with the Convention FAL-65.
