Эффективность дородовой диагностики врожденных пороков развития и хромосомных заболеваний в Рязанской области

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of effectiveness of old and new systems of prenatal diagnostic in the Ryazan region based on data of monitoring of inherent malformations and annual reports of medical genetic consultation. The reorganization of system of prenatal screening permitted to increase effectiveness of prenatal diagnostic factually of all forms of inherent malformations and chromosomal diseases.

В статье представлен анализ эффективности старой и новой систем пренатальной диагностики в Рязанской области на основе данных мониторинга врожденных пороков развития (ВПР) и годовых отчетов медико-генетической консультации. Реорганизация системы пренатального скрининга позволила повысить эффективность дородовой диагностики практически всех форм ВПР и хромосомных заболеваний.
