Структура неэластического сопротивления легких при внебольничных пневмониях

Abstract

У 70 пациентов c внебольничной пневмонией (ВП) и 50 здоровых людей определяли общее неэластическое сопротивление (ОНС), аэродинамическое сопротивление (у 40 пациентов с ВП и 30 здоровых), бронхиальное сопротивление (Raw) у 30 пациентов с ВП и 20 здоровых, тканевое трение (ТТ). Raw было в пределах должных величин. ОНС было повышено за счет увеличения ТТ.
