Учение о территориальной рекреационной системе: утраченные иллюзии или новые возможности

Abstract

The paper considers some issues of history of formation and development of recreational activity, as well as experience of developing the fundamental theoretical bases and forms of the organization of rest in Russia. Modern problems of organizing recreational activity are revealed with the example of North Caucasus federal district. Methodological basis of the work is cluster approach, as the leading in the organization of tourist activity. The model of a recreational cluster consisting of three levels is suggested. The characteristic of existing types of territorial and recreational systems in North Caucasus federal district is given along with some suggestions for formation of an effective cluster structure for the tourist activity in the region.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы истории становления и развития рекреационной деятельности, опыт разработки фундаментальных теоретических основ и форм организации отдыха в России. Современные проблемы организации рекреационной деятельности на примере Северо-кавказского федерального округа. Методологической основой работы является кластерный подход, как ведущий в организации туристкой деятельности. Предложена модель рекреационного кластера, состоящая из трех уровней. Дана характеристика существующих видов территориально-рекреационных систем в СКФО и разработаны предложения для формирования эффективной кластерной структуры туристкой деятельности в регионе.
