Abstract

In dem Artikel sind die Algorithmen der Modellierung des Prozesses der Entwicklung der Notsituation in die Sondersituation und der Optimalsteuerung in den Bedingungen der Sondersituation mit der Benutzung des programmtechnischen Komplexes der Unterstützung der Beschlußfassung erarbeitet.Dans larticle sont élaborés les algorithmes du modélage du processus du développement de la situation accidentée en celle extraordinaire et de la commande optimale dans les conditions de la situation extraordinaire avec lemploi du complexe informatique et technique du soutien de la prise des décisions.The paper presents the algorithms for modeling the process of turning the alarm situation into the emergency situation; the optimal control in the emergency situation by using software and hardware complex of decision-making support is proposed.

Разработаны алгоритмы моделирования процесса развития аварийной ситуации в чрезвычайную и оптимального управления в условиях чрезвычайной ситуации с использованием программно-технического комплекса поддержки принятия решений.
