Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению функций легальности государственной власти в двух основополагающих методологических плоскостях исследования: метафизической и диалектической. Эти функции определяют ценностную компоненту процесса легализации власти в современном государстве.Article is devoted consideration of functions of legality of the government in two basic methodological planes of research: metaphysical and dialectic. These functions define valuable to a component of process of legalization of the power in the modern state.
