Piv-исследование пространственной структуры потока в модели вихревой топки

Abstract

Проведено физическое моделирование внутренней аэродинамики изотермической модели вихревой топки, геометрически подобной одной из секций опытно-промышленного парогенератора ТПЕ-427 Новосибирской ТЭЦ-3. С использованием метода цифровой трассерной визуализации (particle image velocimetry, PIV) проведены измерения распределений мгновенной скорости в разных сечениях лабораторной модели при различных режимных параметрах. Для PIV-измерений скорости турбулентного течения в модели вихревой топки использовался измерительный комплекс «ПОЛИС»-2С-140-4М-PIV. Показано, что в исследуемом диапазоне режимных параметров обеспечивается автомодельность течения, что позволяет применять полученные результаты для анализа вихревой топки реального масштаба.
