Abstract

As part of the settlement scheme layer of finite thickness obtained influence function matrix compliance boundary element method. A model of the base in the form of water-filled elastic isotropic medium. To describe the rheological properties of the base used the theory of aging. Field of application of the results obtained in the paper definition of ground VAT bases and foundations located on them at a constant or slowly time-varying external load.
