К вопросу о вариативности основополагающих конституционных установлений

Abstract

В рамках темы исследования в статье аргументируется, что основополагающие конституционные установления выходят за рамки своих традиционных определений как принципы, поскольку сочетают в себе характеристики различных правовых категорий, что определяет их вариативность.

Within a research subject in article it is reasoned that fundamental constitutional provisions go beyond the traditional definitions as the principles as combine characteristics of various legal categories that defines their variability.
