
В статье рассматриваются отдельные положения, связанные с философским обоснованием понятий «причина», «следствие» и «причинность», проводятся научные параллели между философскими и криминалистическим подходами к указанным категориям, обосновывается их необходимая связь для определения теоретических основ криминалистической теории причинности.The article deals with certain provisions relating to the philosophical justification of the concepts of «reason», «investigation» and «causality», conducted research parallels between philosophical and forensic approaches to these categories, justified their necessary connection to justify the theoretical foundations of forensic theory of causality.
