Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности функционирования холдинговой структуры в современных условиях хозяйствования, выделены ключевые элементы экономического контроля со стороны головной организации, даны рекомендации по проведению анализа финансовых показателей и интерпретации результатов для бизнес-единицы холдинговой структуры.
