The article 'Laws and Stages of Text Comprehension' by H. Shelestiuk deals with the interaction of textual argument structures and the readers' categorial structures. The texts under study are excerpts from popular ('human interest') psychology by two Russian authors and interpretative essays of their readers. The article probes into the changes that the author's structures undergo dependent on the quality of text interpretation, comprehension and interiorization by the readers.
