Abstract

В статье рассматриваются предпосылки и результаты социологического исследования кадрового со- става редакций печатных средств массовой информации Белгородской области, соучредителями которых выступают органы региональной власти и органы местного самоуправления. Освещаются проблемы, вы- явленные в организационно-кадровой структуре редакций, а также проблемы, обусловленные социально- демографическими характеристиками редакционных коллективов.

The article deals with the background and results of sociological survey of the editorial stuff of the Belgorod region mass media which are co-founded by regional and local government bodies. The paper discusses the issues of organizational personnel structures of editorials, and social and demographical specifi cations of editorial stuff.
