РОЛЬ ОРГАНОВ ВНУТРЕННИХ ДЕЛ В ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИИ ОХРАНЫ ОБЩЕСТВЕННОГО ПОРЯДКА И ОБЩЕСТВЕННОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ПРИ ПРОВЕДЕНИИ ОФИЦИАЛЬНЫХ СПОРТИВНЫХ СОРЕВНОВАНИЙ

Abstract

Анализируются проблемы обеспечения охраны общественного порядка и общественной безопасности при проведении официальных спортивных соревнований и роли органов внутренних дел в этой области. Сделан вывод о том, что с задачами по охране общественного порядка во время официальных спортивных соревнований могут и должны успешно справляться подразделения полиции по охране общественного порядка. Вместе с тем, учитывая специфику и особенности такого рода массовых мероприятий, существует объективная необходимость разработки для указанных подразделений полиции соответствующих методических рекомендаций. Авторами разработана структура методических рекомендаций по обеспечению общественного порядка и общественной безопасности при проведении официальных спортивных соревнований для подразделений полиции и внесены некоторые предложения по их содержанию.The problems of ensuring the protection of public order and public safety during official sports competitions and the role of internal affairs bodies in it are analyzed. It is concluded that police units for the protection of public order can and should successfully cope with the tasks of protecting public order during official sports competitions. At the same time, taking into account the specifics and peculiarities of such mass events, there is an objective need to develop appropriate guidelines for these police units. The authors developed the structure of methodological recommendations for ensuring public order and public safety during official sports competitions for police units and made some proposals on their content.
