Abstract

This article studies the main approaches, available in pre-revolutionary national and foreign scientific literature, to the nature of the alliance, as well as to different classifications of business alliances. The author provides the comparative legal analysis of such terms as “union”, “alliance”, “partnership”. The article also mentions periodically held congresses of industrial and sales representatives as one of the forms of entrepreneurial organizations with some of the alliance features.
