Банные процедуры как средство рекреации и их влияние на деятельность сердечно-сосудистой системы

Abstract

The article deals with the reasons of baths attendance. The most popular baths have been defined and there was cleared up how they affect the indexes of cardiovascular system. The majority of visitors of the improving center attend a bath with the purpose pleasantly to spend. The part of examinees uses procedures of a bath for strengthening health. Women prefer a sauna and a fallow (turkish) bath. Men select a sauna more often. After procedures of a bath frequency of cardiac reductions increases. The greatest change of his magnitude marked after visitation of a fallow (turkish) bath. After procedures of a bath negligible decrease systolic and a diastolic pressure of a blood is registered.

В статье рассматриваются причины посещения бань, наиболее популярные виды банных процедур и их влияние на деятельность сердечно-сосудистой системы человека. Большинство посетителей оздоровительного центра посещают баню с целью приятно провести время. Часть испытуемых пользуется банными процедурами для укрепления здоровья. Женщины отдают предпочтение сауне и паровой (турецкой) бане. Мужчины чаще выбирают сауну. После банных процедур ЧСС увеличивается. Наибольшее изменение его величины отмечено после посещения паровой (турецкой) бани. После банных процедур отмечается незначительное уменьшение систолического и диастолического давления крови.
