Abstract

Рассматривается современное состояние и перспективы развития высокоскоростного железнодорожного движения в Европе (Франции, Великобритании, Испании), азиатских странах (Японии, Китае, Южной Корее, Саудовской Аравии, Турции) и США. Делаются выводы о значении высокоскоростных магистралей для социально-экономического развития стран и регионов.

The article looks at present state and development perspectives for highspeed rail transport in Europe (France, UK, Spain), Asia (Japan, China, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Turkey) and in the USA, and makes conclusions regarding importance of high-speed railways for social and economic development of countries and regions.
