Abstract

Данная статья посвящена некоторым проблемам модернизации российской экономики. В последнее время существует много научных и не научных публикаций, подвергающих сомнению возможность инновационного развития России и выхода ее в лидеры мировой экономики. Авторы придерживаются точки зрения: «Дорогу осилит идущий».Dramatic events are described in this article. I think, you not often had to run into similar in professional edition, sacred to the questions of management and innovative development of country. Yet rarer someone publishes a report on an own defeat. We had to make certain efforts, to decide on the publication of this article. Once again we will confirm the known truth: «Road will be managed by going». Reading this article, can a reader fully reasonably ask: «And in general is it possible with our mentality and mode to decide the problem of modernization of the Russian economy»? We consider that it is possible!
