Оригинальность как условие охраны произведений несовершеннолетних авторов

Abstract

Рассматриваются условия, при которых результат творчества несовершеннолетнего автора охраняется авторским правом. Обосновывается вывод о том, что оригинальность достигнутого автором результата является единственным достаточным критерием, необходимым для предоставления авторско-правовой охраны.Discusses the conditions under which the result of creativity minors of the author are copyrighted. The conclusion is that the original made by the author is the only sufficient criterion necessary for the provision of copyright protection.
