The paper gives the basic tasks of innovative development in the field of complex processing of raw materials and substantiates the mechanisms identifying its potential. For that, the energotechnological concept of na-tional security is presented and the basics of creating controlled vibratory machines and technologies are de-scribed with practical examples of some of them. The necessity of a new domestic industry, namely processing machine-building, is substantiated and organizational and structural activities for its formation are proposed.

Изложены основные задачи инновационного развития в области комплексной переработки сырья иматериалов и обоснованы механизмы выявления его потенциала. Представлена энерготехнологическая концепция национальной безопасности и описаны основы создания управляемых вибрационных машин и технологий с практическими примерами некоторых из них. Обоснована необходимость в новой отрасли отечественной промышленности технологическом машиностроении и предложены организационно-структурные мероприятия по её формированию.
