Abstract

The analysis of lipid peroxidation indicators in laboratory animals with altered reactivity after the combined action of gamma radiation and coal dust sublethal doses has been carried out. The combined effect was accompanied by accumulation of products of diene conjugates and malonic dialdehyde lipids peroxidation in the homogenates and by the development of dual oxidative stress in the investigated objects. The increased content of lipid peroxidation products indicates the increase of free radical processes in the long term. The dominant role of ionizing radiation in combined exposure of coalradiation factor has been revealed.
