Tourism is one of the priority directions of the Arkhangelsk region development. It causes an increasing interest to studying the touristic potential of the territory. The judgement method has been chosen with the purpose of evaluating the touristic potential of the Arkhangelsk region. The theory of the method as well as the influencing factors and their parameters for score classifications of the various phenomena and objects are considered.

С целью оценки туристического потенциала региона был выбран метод экспертных оценок, рассмотрены его теоретические основы, определены влияющие факторы и их показатели для проведения балльных классификаций различных явлений и объектов.
