Организационно -экономические предпосылки совершенствования методологии управления в период структурных изменений

Abstract

Григорян М.Г. ОР ГАНИ ЗАЦИОНО -ЭКОНО МИЧЕСКИЕ ПРЕД ПОСЫЛКИ СОВЕР ШЕН СТВОВАНИ Я МЕТОДО ЛОГИИ УПРА ВЛЕНИ Я В ПЕРИОД СТРУКТУРНЫХ ИЗМЕНЕНИ Й. Анализируются предпосылки совершенствования методологии управления в период структурных изменений. Приводится авторская классификация изменений в социально-экономических системах. Обращается внимание на тот факт, что недостатком большинства разрабатываемых высшим менеджментом стратегий предприятия является недооценка важности уравновешивающих процессов. Показано, что флуктуации, воздействующие на систему, в зависимости от силы могут иметь совершенно разные для нее последствия.

Grigoryan M.G. ECONOMIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL PREREQUISITES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF MANAGEMENT PRACTICES IN VIEW OF STRUCTURAL CHANGES. In our article we analyze prerequisites for the advancement of management practices in view of structural changes. The author presents classification system for changes in socio-economic systems. Attention is drawn to the fact that top managers appear to underestimate the significance of equilibrating processes while elaborating a strategy for their company. The article shows that affecting the system may have different consequences, depending on the force of impact.
