Abstract

The article describes the technique of the document flow survey of the distance of signaling, centralization and blocking (SCB) for data collection; it also provides the methods of formalizing the data in the form of formalized description, based on the international standard IDEF0. The article suggests methods for extensions to the standard IDEF0 to describe the process of distance document workflow. It presents the transition process from a formalized description according to IDEF0 to a description in the form of parallel logic algorithms (PLSA), and proposes the concept of automatic transition from the description in the form of IDEF0 to PLSA and, further, to the simulation model of the process.
